City acquires 24-unit building on Beretania to house homeless

On October 26, 2016, the City & County of Honolulu unveiled the latest development in a plan to house more of O‘ahu’s homeless.

The city purchased a three-story, 24-unit apartment building on Beretania Street for $6.9 million.

Housing Solutions Incorporated has been selected as the property manager.
