Housing Solutions Incorporated (HSI) is a non-profit enterprise developing and managing affordable neighborhoods on Oahu. HSI operates over 700 apartments housing over 1,600 residents who might otherwise be homeless, or at risk of being homeless.

Sea Winds

Gated neighborhood with 20 transitional studios with a maximum stay of 36 months, and 30 two-bedroom townhouses of permanent housing. This beautifully landscaped community features resident parking, a keiki playground and picnic area.

Low income permanent housing of 29 studios for homeless persons at least 62 years old. Features include kitchens and private baths. Amenities include resident parking, laundry facilities, and common area lanai. Conveniently located near a bus stop.
